CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations with Erica at Salon 416 require a credit card to be kept on file. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give 48 hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours of your service we reserve the right to charge 30% of the service to your credit card. We value and respect your time and kindly ask that you do the same. You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours and a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please note a deposit is required for select services. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amount will be deducted at checkout for service. A rescheduling fee may be applied for change of requested service during visit. No-show appointments will be charged $100 fee.
