Where artistry meets individuality. With more than 20 years behind the chair, Erica believes a hairstyle is more than a just hair - it should be thoughtfully curated to the woman wearing it. Her signature approach combines precision, artistry, and an understanding of what makes each woman unique. Erica specializes in beautifully tailored haircuts, signature bobs, seamless layers, luminous healthy blondes, dimensional brunettes and sophisticated grey coverage. As the Salon 416 ORIBE Signature Stylist, Erica brings a deep knowledge of luxury product expertise to every appointment, helping clients achieve desired styling results and maintaining them at home. A lifelong educator and mentor, Erica is a former TIGI Educator and has completed the AVEDA Color Mastery Series among many years of ongoing continuous education. She has also had the privilege of mentoring some of the area’s most talented emerging stylists, sharing her passion of hair and helping the next generation find their own artistry. At the heart of Erica’s work is something simple: helping women look and feel their absolute best. That philosophy extends beyond the salon. In her life outside the chair, Erica owns and teaches at Jazzercise Fenton & Linden, where she gets to empower women through movement, confidence and community.
